"Kisses of Fire" was donated to the collection by Eric Hodges from Albuquerque New Mexico, USA.  Eric liked the idea behind the collection because they "don't do that in the USA" and promised that he would donate the envelope when it finally failed to pass the annual inspection.  We where only too happy to accept the balloon into the collection and will use it for inflation days.
